Hi Stones fanatics,
here it is, the new Acid Project. Actually this is where it all started, i mean on collaborations with Falo. With this project i just reccomended Mr. D to do the artwork. I have done the remaster some time ago but never have shared it before. This is different to a DVD sound. I have done the remaster after Falo has finished DVD`s.
I have done phase correction and some EQ. Mr. D did the artwork.If i remember well i also had to cut out some crowd noise, so this can be burned on 2 discs.
For those that don`t know this is Falo Matrix and Captain Acid Remaster !!!

here it is, Acid Project Vol 16. Erik Snow was the one who initiated the work on this one. It`s a great gig and it was not so very good audience recording. Now it does sound much better.But be warned, it is still the rough one !!!
I did the usual stuff : Phase, pitch and level correction and than EQ.
Mr. D made another great artwork, using the photographs from the Milwaukee gig.

QUALITY:
Good Audience (dirty and rough sounding......beware!)

COMMENTS:
Fantastic performance! One of the best performances of 1975 - they're on fire here
And as Jagger is singing really different than he did later in the tour, this is one is quite special !

Unfortunately the soundquality ain't the best. It's not "distant", but it's "overloaded". It will hurt your ears if you listen to this without doing some EQing. But if you CAN get into the show, dispite the quality (like I can), you're in for a treat.....because of the performance. I really dig this one. But again.....not for beginners.

I downloaded this from DIME in 2006. I can not remember the name of the original uploader, I'm sorry. It was not Silkcut1978 though.
Usually I don't upload "CDR" copies of DIME torrents, but I do, in this case.
It's taken from a different tape transfer than the most recent DIME torrent of Milwaukee 1975 (sounds different)

This is Acid Project Vol 04.I wanted to deal with those outtakes for a long time, and than Midnrambler posted his compilation of outtakes from his silver disc`s, on HC. So i took his compilation as a source ( with his blessing ).Every track was pitch and level corrected and EQ-ed.

Mr.D made another great artwork and also suggested we add Wind Call ( some people claim that song does not belong here, but it is somewhere between GHS and IORNR, and it fits nicely on the end so we have put it here )

Here are 6 new discovered Exile outtakes that were available on YouTube recently. The stream on YouTube is lossy but since there is no lossless version available so far these tracks are allowed here.

Many thanks to Munichhilton for recording the YouTube stream and posting it.

Lineage:

FIRST PART by Munichhilton:

- YouTube through an X-Fi Creative soundcard into soundforge pro 10.
- Pitch corrected and Eq'd.
- Saved as wav files (* = 256k mp3).

SECOND PART by Midnrambler:

- Reworked with Adobe Audition:
  - Volume/balance adjustment, right channel was lower than left one
  - Manual removal of a [b]lot[/b] of clicks, pops and - above all - microgaps (especially in the parts with very low volume). That was a lot of work!
  - Converting to FLAC with FLAC Frontend
