Now look a little closer. Look at the guy with the short blonde hair wearing the glasses in the upper right part of the picture (see enlarged area of same picture in link below).
In his right hand is what looks to me to be a mic. In his left he's clutching what seems to be a small tape recorder. Just my opinion.

Yes, that is the infamous "Altamont bootlegger" and the one who recorded this bootleg. Legend also has it that he passed away years ago at a fairly young age.
